Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Lipo Jelly ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our") governing your access to and use of lipojelly.store and any related content, features, or services (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our incorporated Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy (together, the “Policies”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older who can form a binding contract. If you are under 18, you may not use the Site.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to the Site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Intellectual Property — Our License to You

The Site and all content (text, graphics, trademarks, design, and software) are owned by Lipo Jelly or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use only. You may print one copy of individual pages for personal reference.

User Content — Your License to Us

By submitting content (comments, photos, videos, testimonials), you grant Lipo Jelly a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it in any media for marketing or operational purposes.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes, to distribute spam, impersonate others, post defamatory or obscene material, or interfere with the Site’s operation.

Online Commerce

Some Site sections may allow purchases, including from third parties. When redirected to external providers, their terms apply. Lipo Jelly is not responsible for third-party products or services.

“As-Is” / No Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Lipo Jelly SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS.

Refund Policy

All Lipo Jelly purchases are covered by our 60-Day Satisfaction Promise from the delivery date. To request a refund, contact us through this link to our Contact Page with the subject line "Refund Request – Order #_____."

Refunds require prior authorization (RMA) and may be issued as a partial refund (typically 30–40%) without return or a full refund upon return of all bottles. Refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Governing Law & Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of Colorado, USA. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Denver, Colorado, before a single arbitrator. Nothing precludes seeking injunctive relief or filing in small-claims court.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that disputes will be resolved only on an individual basis. Class actions and consolidated arbitrations are not permitted.

Anti-Spam Policy

Lipo Jelly is committed to permission-based marketing and complies with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 and other applicable anti-spam laws. We do not send, authorize, tolerate, or condone unsolicited commercial email (spam) in any form.

How we handle email

We only email people who requested information, subscribed to our list, or purchased from us (opt-in).
All "From", "To", "Reply-To" and routing information identifies the sender accurately. Subject lines are never deceptive.
Commercial messages are clearly identified as advertisements where required by law.

Affiliates and third-party promoters

Independent affiliates who promote Lipo Jelly are contractually required to follow this Anti-Spam Policy and all applicable laws. Sending unsolicited email, harvesting addresses, using purchased or third-party lists, falsifying headers, or using misleading subject lines is strictly prohibited. Violations result in immediate termination of the affiliate account and forfeiture of commissions. Affiliates are not authorized to speak for or bind Lipo Jelly.

Reporting spam

If you receive an email you believe violates this policy, report it to support@lipojelly.store or call +1 (302) 200-3480. Please include the full message with headers so we can investigate and take action.
